An E²-CAP-V head-worn device is issued by the platform: pair it over Bluetooth, wear it to record two-handed operations, and footage auto-uploads over WiFi in 30-second segments.
Bluetooth pairing: platform devices only; set one as primary to auto-connect
Wear & record: one press to start, one to stop — the recording light stays red
Auto-upload: syncs once the device joins WiFi, with progress and retries visible
Issued on application: only approved collectors receive the head-worn device by mail — and with it the designated high-rate tasks. Without it, phone capture is always open.

No device needed: shoot on the spot or pick from your album (up to 9 clips) and pass the pre-upload compliance checklist — clips shorter than the task minimum are blocked.
